UPDATES: Item Dex, Lapras, Ditto, and Porygon through Kabuto's family added

I am happy to announce I have much more than just Pokdex entries after a two week hiatus. Firstly, the evolutionary families of Lapras, Ditto, Porygon, Omanyte, and Kabuto have been added to the Kanto page. The other massive update is the Item Dex! I finally finished it!
